We Like Music- Hope You Do Too
Now, now. I know you don’t all share my musical tastes, but by gum, I thought it’d be fun to post this anyway. Let’s call it, the “What’s in Dan’s…er, MCs iPod this season?” playlist. The whole thing is kind of eclectic, bordering on mopey and emo-style tunes, but hey. I likes what I likes.
For highlights, Guster is the best band you may never have heard of, Silverchair is the personal favorite of the month and the last track is a real emotion-buster from the film “The Thin Red Line” (it was also lifted and used in the original “Pearl Harbor” trailer). It starts off very softly, but stick around, it’s a barn burner. I also added Joshua’s favorite tune to kick and dance to: “Back In My Head”. Personally, I think the girls voice is close to nails on a chalkboard, but hey… “I just like the music”. Still, every time we turn it on in the car Joshua gets a big smile and says, “This is my song, Mama and Papa!”
Anyway, you can play the tracks by clicking on them or listen to the whole thing all the way through if you’re on the computer.

It’s super easy. It’s just finding “embedded links” for cool stuff (video, music, etc.). Then you just copy and paste the code. Done and done.
thats sweet! we loved the tunes. i played em when willem got up from his nap and he came cruzin down the hall to listen and dance. tried to get it on video, but of course the camera is more interesting, so i failed yet again. thanks for the good music to listen too, your always hip on the good stuff
