Old Pics Find Their way to Blog by way of Nothing Else to Post
So things have been quiet around here the last few days. We took Joshua to the dentist to see about getting him some new “teefs” until his permanents grow in. Word is it can be done, so we’ll probably do it. Until then, I’ll post some pics you guys never saw of our last trip to Hawaii (Maui/Kauai)… back when Joshua HAD front teeth. The trip must have made an impression on him, because ever since (he wasn’t even 2 yet), he’s been asking to go back. Just yesterday, he was asking if we could leave tomorrow and, while looking at these pics, saying “I want to go to that Hawaii.” So who am I to smash the little guys dreams? Anyway, for the sake of keeping posts alive- here ya go. Two of these are my all-time favorites. Lemme know if you can guess which they are…
The two favorites are
1) Joshie jumping off the rock with the ocean behind him and his hat on
2) MC and Joshie sitting on her lap on the beach with the sun shining on the horizon
I would have to say your 2 favs are maricatherine in her string bikini. Hee hee. No, the one of her and joshie and then the family group shot are great!
Have you heard that my hubby is an excellent dentist? You really should call him for a second opinion. Don’t worry, we only charge $200 a call for family advice. We truly believe in discounts for family. I mean come on, we love you guys!

Yes- you guys are right- it’s the pic with her and Joshua (it’s ethereal, even!) and…. the one with Joshua exploring the beach. I do love the one with Joshua jumping off the rock and the two holding hands as they walk to the beach. As for the family pic… well, there’s a small bridge above us and in an effort to get to that pose (the timer’s going- it’s gonna take the pic….RUUUUUN!), I slipped and hurt my tummy. That was good times all around.
As for dentistry… wish you kids were closer!!! MC will definitely call Dave, though. ALSO… we got buddy passes and will be hitting up the Keys in March of next year. Fancy a get together… (I realize that’s quite a distance…)?
