Ye, ye! Keep up the good work!

There's a special feature in here just for you and your large files ;).

After you upload the file, you have a couple options:

--(Left) Click on the image (if you have more than one, you'll have to do this for each one).
-- You'll see a list of options: Use as thumbnail, Not linked, Send to editor, delete, close options.
-- If you click on Use thumbnail, you'll get the little images you uploaded there. If the files are huge, this is the option you want. If they're smaller sizes (72 dpi, etc.), you can click Use as Thumbnail and it will change to Use original. If your files are huge, don't use this option- it'll whack out the formatting.
--If you use the thumbnail, you'll want to click the next option "Not Linked". If you click it, it will turn to "Linked to image". Then, if someone clicks on it, it will open up a new window with the full image in it, so you can see the whole pic instead of the thumbnail.

In short:

If you've got huge pics (here's looking at you, Apey) loaded straight off your digital camera:

Using Thumbnail > Linked to Image

If ever in doubt, just use those two settings.
